At Moss & Root, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

If there is a delay due to high order volumes or supplier issues, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship to customers within the United Kingdom.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location.

International Shipping

We plan to expand international shipping in the near future. Please check back soon for updates or contact us if you would like to enquire about international delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email (if available) so you can follow your delivery’s progress.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at mossandroot@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll help you track your parcel and resolve any issues.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the courier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
