At Moss & Root, we take pride in providing high-quality natural wellness products. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy below.

Returns

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. If you wish to return an unopened item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in its original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at mossandroot@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Perishable goods

  • Sale or clearance items
